The European Social Fung programme is one of the five European Structural and Investment Funds (EstIF) and part of the European Cohesion Policy in the financial period from 2014 to 2020. Since 2018, Outward Bound Croatia contributes with its work to reaching the goal of the Priority axis 3: Social inclusion.
The goal of the program is to contribute to the growth of the employment rate and to strengthen social cohesion in Croatia by investing in four basic areas: supporting sustainable and quality employment, ensuring adequate alignment of knowledge and skills with the needs of the labour market, activities connected to social inclusion and support to the public administration. Projects that are implemented within this programme are 85% co-financed from the European social fund, and 15% from Croatia's state budget.
